At Eyecare Kingston, our main focus is to preserve, restore and enhance your sight. We provide extensive eye health assessments encompassing issues such as Dry Eye, Glaucoma, Cataracts, Diabetes, and Macular Degeneration. In addition to eye exams, we offer a full optical gallery with a wide array of eyewear, sunglasses, and contact lenses. Our opticians are well trained and equipped with tools required to provide the best vision, using the latest technology. Our ultimate goal is to make sure you and your family receive the finest in eye care services.

We are proud to offer you cutting-edge imaging technology, including optomap ultra-widefield retinal imaging, digital retinal imaging, ocular coherence tomography (OCT), frequency doubling technology (FDT), and automated visual field testing. This advanced technology is our standard of care, and is critical to confirm the health of the retina, optic nerve and other retinal structures.

Our clinic fees are based on our level of expertise, staff support, technology, and the amount of time that we take during each and every patient visit to our clinic.

For patients that are covered by OHIP, ODSP, or Ontario Works, part of the cost of the exam will be covered. Unfortunately, imaging fees are not covered by OHIP/ODSP/OW, therefore fees will apply. Retinal imaging gives the doctor a lot more information about the health of the eye, and is part of our standard of care for all comprehensive exams.
